Thriver Thursday: Eridania Martinez

Eridania Martinez is a two time cancer survivor, diagnosed first in 2001, at the age of 33, then again in April 2014. Her form of breast cancer this go around is very aggressive; it is HER2 positive and stage 3. In 2015, Eridania was undergoing chemotherapy treatment at the same time she strutted her stuff at FestiGals Thriver Style Show presented by Stein Mart. It was a goosebumps moment!

At the time she said her “Life Resume” reads a little differently now: 12 surgeries, 60 radiations, 23 lymph nodes removed, and 54 chemotherapies. Her message to her fellow survivors and those still in the fight: “Celebrate Life and Never Give Up.”
